bet you can handle it like a good boy 😊 and if not, feel free to go down to 40, and add two full cycles of hot and cold to make up for it

hm.... both excellent scenarios! Very harder to pick one. The second one (5 mins each) sound really scary 😬 but i want to try it eventually. i'll maybe start with te first idea to ease in into it. For cold i'll take the minimum temperature. What temperature would you like me to scold myself with? (40-50)

unless you'd rather do one first and then the other, in which case at least five minutes each

1 minute cold water, 30 sec hot water, swapping as long as you can take it but at least four cycles
